At Doslogistics we manage the import, export and trading of flowers, fruit and cocoa, connecting suppliers and buyers across different markets. We coordinate logistics from origin to destination, including transport, distribution and commercial support for every operation.
We work with three product families that share one demand: they are perishable or sensitive, they travel far, and they lose value with every day of delay and every documentary error. That is precisely why we consolidate the entire operation under a single accountable party.
Cut flowers and foliage
Flowers are traded against the clock: between cutting and the point of sale there is a short window and a cold chain that tolerates no interruption. We coordinate air and consolidated shipments with temperature control, calendars built around peak demand dates, and phytosanitary documentation in order from origin.
Fresh, frozen and processed
In fruit the business is decided by size grade, arrival condition and the timing of the commercial window. We manage refrigerated containers and controlled atmosphere where the product requires it, with cargo tracking and coordination of sanitary inspection to avoid detentions at port.
Beans and semi-finished products
Cocoa demands a different discipline: controlled moisture, consistent quality across lots, and verifiable traceability, increasingly required by industrial buyers. We connect growers and collection centres with clients who buy against specification, not on price alone.
We do not sell an isolated leg of the chain. We take on the complete operation, from contact with the supplier at origin to delivery to the client at destination, and we answer for it as a single counterpart. Here is what that means in practice.
We identify and qualify suppliers at origin and buyers at destination, negotiate terms and close the deal. Our value lies in knowing both sides: what product is actually available, and what each market is willing to pay for it.
We manage the entry of goods at destination: customs clearance, declarations, duties and taxes, sanitary compliance and cargo release, with documentation reviewed before shipment so there are no surprises at port.
We prepare and execute the shipment from origin: consolidation, space booking, certificates of origin and phytosanitary certificates, shipping documents, and coordination with the customs broker and the shipping line or airline.
We design the full route and execute it: collection at farm or plant, inland transport, air or ocean shipment, international transit and final delivery. One plan, one point of contact, one party accountable for the timeline.
We coordinate refrigerated transport, intermediate storage and distribution to the end client or points of sale, with temperature control where the product requires it and monitoring of cargo condition throughout the journey.
Sanitary registrations and authorisations, filings before SAG and other competent authorities, correct tariff classification, and retention of the records the authority requires. The invisible part of the business, and the most expensive one when it fails.
Moving cargo is the mechanical part of the business. What decides whether an operation is repeated is everything around it: that the product arrives in the promised condition, that the documents are correct, that someone answers when things go off course, and that both parties end up in a position to trade again.
For foreign companies that need a local entity in Chile, we act as Importer of Record and consignee, without taking title to the goods or control over their commercial policy.
An orderly path with defined control points, so that at no moment is there any doubt about where the cargo is or who answers for it.
We establish product, specification, volume, destination market and time window. That is where the real cost and schedule structure comes from, not an optimistic estimate.
We verify supplier and buyer, resolve registrations and sanitary permits, and have all documentation reviewed before the cargo moves.
We consolidate, book space and dispatch, with temperature control where the product requires it and monitoring of cargo condition in transit.
We clear customs at destination, distribute to the end client, and close the operation with complete documentation and a review of what to adjust for the next shipment.
We act as a bridge between those who produce and those who buy, in both directions of foreign trade and between third markets as well.
Doslogistics is a Chilean company with its commercial base in Las Condes, Santiago, dedicated to international trade and logistics of flowers, fruit and cocoa.
We started from a simple observation: in perishable trade, the product is rarely the problem. What fails is the coordination between links that do not talk to each other, the document that arrives late, the container waiting at port, and the supplier who does not know exactly what the market they are selling into requires.
That is why we take on the complete operation. We source and qualify the counterpart, negotiate, ship, clear customs, distribute and answer for the timeline. The client deals with one company and gets one explanation when something changes.
We work with contained, recurring volumes as readily as with one-off operations, and we operate in English and Spanish.
Tell us what product you want to move, in which direction, and at what volume and timeline. We will come back with a preliminary feasibility assessment, a suggested route, and the critical points worth resolving before committing to a shipment.
